We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable/Cash Application Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cash applications, collections, and billing functions while demonstrating excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle cash applications, ensuring all payments are correctly allocated
  • Conduct commercial collections to resolve outstanding invoices and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Oversee billing processes, including invoice generation and reconciliation
  • Monitor cash activities and ensure proper documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with financial policies
