Job Description:

Lisa Cole with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable and Inventory Specialist a great company near the West Sacramento area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed
  • Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
