Job Responsibility

  • Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed
  • Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance role
  • Strong customer service with written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • ERP experience required
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
