Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment applications
• Monitor and reconcile cash activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely payments
• Perform detailed audits of accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable functions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of billing and cash applications
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all accounts receivable activities
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable operations

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, including collections and cash applications
• Strong understanding of billing functions and financial reconciliation processes
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency in financial reporting and account auditing
• Effective communication skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools
• Ability to thrive in a contract position and adapt to dynamic work environments
