We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to maintaining accurate invoicing and customer collections processes. As part of this role, you will manage outstanding payments and ensure invoices and work orders align with company standards.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and consolidate multiple work orders into single, accurate invoices for customers
Manage invoicing processes while ensuring clarity and professionalism in customer communications
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices, confirm receipt, and request payment statuses
Maintain records of unpaid invoices and provide updates on payment timelines
Verify work orders and invoices for accuracy, ensuring all materials and details are properly accounted for
Close purchase orders (POs) and ensure they align with completed work orders
Review and ensure all work orders are logical and consistent with company standards
Utilize Sage Intacct to support invoicing and accounts receivable processes
Ensure smooth integration and management of financial data within the current system
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
Familiarity with commercial collections and cash application procedures
Strong understanding of billing functions and cash activity management
Proficiency in using Sage Intacct or similar financial systems
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders and work orders
