Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in American Fork, Utah. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining efficient cash applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee commercial collections, proactively resolving outstanding balances and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Perform cash application procedures, including matching payments to invoices and reconciling discrepancies
  • Generate and review billing statements to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Monitor daily cash activity and prepare reports to track financial performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve payment-related issues
  • Maintain organized records of accounts receivable activities for audit and reporting purposes
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards in all AR activities
  • Provide support for month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable operations, including billing and collections
  • Strong understanding of cash applications and daily cash activity tracking
  • Familiarity with commercial collections and managing client accounts
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used for accounts receivable processes
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
