Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires close attention to cash postings, reconciliations, and credit allocation to ensure the smooth processing of accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Process cash postings from lockboxes, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
Run and manage credit card payments efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation
Complete organizational documents and additional paperwork as requested
Monitor and allocate unapplied credits, ensuring proper account alignment
Reconcile customer accounts as needed to resolve discrepancies
Handle weekly accounts receivable refund processing with accuracy
Review and oversee daily bank uploads following automated processes
Work on Salesforce Cash Cases to address financial inquiries and issues
Collaborate on resolving customer disputes and questions with proactive communication
Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to post and allocate payments accurately

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable reconciliation
Proven experience with cash posting for at least 1 year
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a detail-oriented approach
Capable of multitasking and solving problems independently
Proficient in 10-key by touch with a preference for 10,000 key strokes
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliable and efficient with a self-starter attitude
