Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Oversee the collection of overdue accounts by adhering to established policies and procedures
• Proactively address payment barriers by collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve issues with delinquent accounts by conducting thorough research and collaborating with relevant teams
• Analyze the root causes of non-payment and determine effective solutions to address them
• Utilize systems and tools to respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide single-touch resolutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, insights, and progress in Salesforce and/or VersaPay
• Foster positive and empathetic communication with both internal and external customers
• Identify patterns in customer inquiries and share actionable insights with the team to improve processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and effective communication
• Plan and prioritize work assignments to balance inbound inquiries, outbound collections, and operational tasks in a dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant or similarly complex work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused and investigative approach
• Proficiency in using invoicing and payment portal software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Preferred experience in customer service or finance-related roles, and comfort in navigating platforms like Salesforce, VersaPay, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
