About the Role We’re working with a manufacturing company in Greenfield that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support their team. This role is heavily focused on high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and cash application. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys repetitive, detail-oriented work and keeping things accurate and up to date.

Job Responsibility

  • Enter and process a high volume of customer invoices into the system
  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy before posting
  • Assist with maintaining customer account records and updating information
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of A/R, billing, or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, repetitive data entry environment
  • Basic Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system
  • Reliable and consistent with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work onsite full-time in Greenfield
