Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be a part of our Central Accounting Team, where you will ensure timely processing of AR transactions, prepare aging reports, handle agency settlements and direct debit requests. You will also perform reconciliations, prepare manual invoices when needed, identify opportunities for process improvements, and produce clear, concise documentation to support high‑quality financial operations for various entities.

Job Responsibility

  • Process on timely basis accounts receivable transactions, agency settlements and direct debit requests
  • Develop aging reports and communicate with Sales Department on collection issues
  • Create manual invoices if necessary
  • Perform accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in Accounting, ideally Accounts Receivable position
  • Solid knowledge in Operational Accounting and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required (B2 level or higher)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Reliability and organizational skills
