We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual to take ownership of client projects from order through to installation - ensuring flawless delivery every time. As the Accounts & Projects Manager, you'll act as the main point of contact for clients, managing timelines, expectations, and communication while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating project timelines and managing client expectations
Preparing repeat quotations and providing ongoing support to clients
Managing variations and overseeing change control processes
Liaising with the Production Manager on scheduling and delivery
Assisting with general artworking when required
Communicating proactively with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
Experience in the signage or exhibition display graphics industry
Proven experience preparing quotations
Solid background in project management
Confident dealing with clients and suppliers
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
