Job Description:

The Accounts Payable position at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan involves handling financial records, preparing reports, and managing accounts payable tasks while maintaining professional conduct, confidentiality, and supporting team collaboration. Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received
document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances
prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
support team to reach common goals
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience.
