Job Description:

Responsible for managing accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Includes preparing and auditing financial documents, addressing cash variances, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
complete period-end closing procedures and reports
audit cashier banks periodically
maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts
document and address cash variances
act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution
participate in audits to ensure compliance
follow company policies and procedures
speak clearly and professionally
prepare and review documents
ensure coworkers understand tasks
develop supportive working relationships
perform other reasonable duties

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
