Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for Ville Saint-Laurent. The position offers a chance to work in Ville Saint-Laurent (on-site), access to company insurance after probation, 2 to 3 weeks vacation, and the chance to work for a company that has an impact on people's health. Job Responsibility:

Processing the company's accounts payable by validating the order and receipt of goods and services
Follow-up on project processing and validation of subcontractors
Reconcile credit cards and validate expense accounts
Produce documents required for processing contract terminations
Set up administrative files related to insurance and occupational health and safety

Requirements:

2-3 years accounts payable experience
Professional, college or university accounting training
Good command of '3 way match'
Fluency in French and English
Strong sense of organization and discipline
