The Finance Assistant will support the Accounts Payable function within the wider finance team. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office and two working from home.   • Invoice Processing & Coding: Validate and correct data in ExFlow/ExFlow Web, while proactively managing exceptions, duplicates, and missing information
  • Accurately code invoices in D365, selecting correct ledger accounts, cost centers, financial dimensions, and service periods while ensuring proper P&L allocation
  • Approval & Compliance Management: Ensure all invoices follow the correct approval workflows based on the Approval Matrix and comply with company policies and internal controls
