Job Description

Trabajando como Soporte de Cuentas por Pagar de tiempo completo, procesará las facturas de los proveedores para las compras de inventario que fueron realizadas por nuestras sucursales, el grupo de compras nacional, nuestro grupo de compras internacional y los centros de fabricación. Utilizamos un sistema de emparejamiento de tres vías y usted será responsable de resolver los problemas de correspondencia y de responder a nuestros proveedores de manera oportuna, además de trabajar directamente con nuestros grupos de compras.

Job Responsibility

  • Mantener un grupo específico de relaciones con proveedores y sus facturas
  • Supersivar los errores de excepción relacionados con las facturas de los proveedores
  • Escanear la verificación de las facturas electrónicas
  • Tramitación de créditos a proveedores
  • Revisar y actualizar los estados de cuenta de los proveedores

  • Prepare and process scheduled weekly/bi-weekly cheque runs and quick cheque runs on a rotating schedule

  • Prepare and enter any accounts payable –related journal entries as required/requested by divisions
