Job Description:

At The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, the Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and organization of financial records, supporting department coordination, and upholding company standards in a luxury hospitality setting. The role includes ensuring the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously every day.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize, secure, and maintain all files and records
record and analyze computerized financial information
prepare, maintain, and audit financial reports
complete period-end closing procedures
resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
coordinate tasks with other departments
report work-related accidents or injuries
follow company policies and procedures
develop and maintain positive working relationships
support team goals
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
