We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and enhance financial operations within our organization. Job Responsibility:
Supervise and guide the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments
Develop and implement procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with company policies
Analyze diverse financial data to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and optimize processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and financial operations
Manage operational initiatives to achieve tactical goals and deliver measurable results
Communicate financial performance, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Oversee the execution of functional plans, translating them into actionable operational processes
Ensure adherence to established company policies while recommending policy improvements as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively
Proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing process improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable systems and processes
