Job Responsibility:
Supervise and streamline accounts payable processes, including coding invoices and ensuring accurate payments
Manage the reconciliation of accounts, utilizing Excel and internal systems to maintain data accuracy
Address and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices
Provide guidance and support to accounts payable team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency
Communicate effectively with vendors and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain organized records and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Continuously assess and improve accounts payable procedures to enhance overall performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in freight or logistics
Proficiency in coding invoices and reconciling accounts using Excel
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and related processes
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with vendors and internal teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple priorities effectively
