Requirements

  • Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, and payment scheduling
  • Supervise, mentor, and train AP staff while managing workload distribution
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements
  • resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP standards, and audit requirements
  • Maintain accurate AP records and prepare monthly reports for management
  • Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflows
