Job Responsibility

  • Direct day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring invoices are reviewed, coded, and processed accurately and on schedule
  • Supervise payment execution across check runs and ACH transactions while maintaining compliance with internal controls and approval requirements
  • Review invoice coding and supporting documentation to confirm proper expense allocation and payment readiness
