Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position offering a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-office days. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting systems and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Job Responsibility:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Exflow software to handle payments and invoices
Perform wire transfers and assist with banking-related tasks as needed
Collaborate with the AP Manager to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations
Review invoices for proper coding, authorization, and adherence to company policies
Maintain organized records of transactions and vendor communications
Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and reports
Assist with other accounting functions as required, including billing and accounts receivable
Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts payable and related accounting functions
Familiarity with accounting software systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Exflow
Knowledge of wire transfers and banking processes is highly preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools, including ADP and Concur
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members
Experience in auditing and maintaining financial records.
