Job Responsibility

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding according to company standards
  • Conduct regular check runs to facilitate timely payments to vendors
  • Maintain detailed records of all accounts payable transactions for audit purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoice processing
  • Apply appropriate coding to invoices and reconcile accounts as needed
  • Monitor payment schedules and address any overdue accounts promptly
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to accounts payable activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements
