Job Description:

Are you an Accounts Payable Specialist in downtown Toronto, looking for your next exciting contract opportunity? Do you have experience processing employee expenses and high volume invoices in a Professional Services organization? Do you thrive in a team focused, high energy environment? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Randstad has partnered with a highly regarded organization in downtown Toronto, looking for temporary Accounts Payable support with the potential to extend. Ideal candidates will be proficient with Deltek and MS Excel and have previous experience processing high volume AP invoices.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing invoices against contracts/supporting documents, obtaining approvals, processing payments and filing
Updating financial records and reconciling against supporting documents
Building relationship and liaising with multiple vendors and suppliers
Maintaining historical records and analyzing any discrepancies
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly as well as ad hoc reports
Keeping track of all payments and invoices pending for payments and ensuring invoices are being paid according to the right term

Requirements:

2+ years experience with Accounts Payable, in a professional service environment
Proficiency with MS Excel and Deltek preferred
Post Secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
