Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Westminster, Maryland. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments while maintaining organized records. If you have strong organizational skills and a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring invoices are received and processed promptly
Match invoices with corresponding statements to verify accuracy and completeness
Assign appropriate General Ledger codes to invoices for proper financial tracking
Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate records of all transactions
Print and organize credit card statements for review and processing
Maintain an organized filing system for Accounts Payable documents
Prepare and process checks for mailing to vendors and other payees
Collaborate with the Parts Manager on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role
Proficiency in coding invoices and assigning General Ledger numbers
Familiarity with processing invoices, check runs, and vendor management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Competence in using financial software and tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
