Accounts Payable Specialist

• Review and match invoices to purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform credit card reconciliations to ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Process and verify employee expense reports, adhering to company policies
• Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to analyze and organize financial data
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Assist in managing and processing accounts payable transactions efficiently
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
• Provide support in using expense management tools like Concur
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Familiarity with credit card reconciliation and expense reporting processes
• Experience using expense management software, such as Concur, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
