Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and allocate invoices efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Perform 3-way matching, batching, and coding of invoices to ensure compliance with company policies
• Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies prior to general ledger posting
• Conduct interest application and payment processing tasks with precision
• Manage check runs and prepare wire transfers for client approval using the designated company portal
• Collaborate with the team to complete month-end closing activities for the Accounts Payable department

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with Sage 100 preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven capacity to work independently and efficiently within deadlines
