Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to payment inquiries
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and accruals related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support expense report processing and approval workflows
• Collaborate with accounting teams on special projects and process improvements

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
