Job Description:

Randstad Canada is currently partnering up with some of Winnipeg’s best companies that are looking for experienced Accounts Payable Specialists to join their teams on a permanent basis. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your contribution will ensure our financial operations run effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Process invoices, expense reports, and payments requests accurately and on time
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve miscalculations
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all payables
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, related field
Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP)
Accuracy in reviewing and processing invoices, verifying payment details and reconciling statements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
