Accounts Payable Specialist

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Manage and maintain customer credit records with utmost precision
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Handle account coding and manage accounting functions
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial services
• Work with ADP - Financial Services for efficient account management
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accrual accounting

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role is required
• Proficiency in account coding is necessary
• Extensive knowledge and experience with accounting software systems is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is preferred
• A solid understanding of basic accounting functions is required
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
• Knowledge of accrual accounting is essential
• Auditing experience is highly desirable
