Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Oceanside, California. In this role, you will handle critical financial processes to ensure smooth and accurate payment procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Perform detailed three-way matching of vouchers to ensure accuracy in payment processing
Process invoices without purchase orders, maintaining compliance and efficiency
Execute regular check runs and manage international payments with precision
Handle rent, utility, and telecom invoices, including preparing necessary accruals
Reconcile accounts payable trade and intercompany balances to maintain accurate financial records
Conduct reconciliation of Received Not Vouchered accounts to ensure proper tracking
Maintain organized and accessible records of all payments and invoices for auditing purposes

Requirements:

Proficiency in account coding and familiarity with accounting software systems
Experience using ADP Financial Services and Concur for accounts payable tasks
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in financial processes
Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles and practices
Expertise in accounts payable processes, including auditing and reconciliation
Ability to manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
