Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary position with the potential to convert to full-time. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Coupa and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to established processes in a professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable activities using the Coupa AP system
Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance
Requirements:
Previous experience with Coupa preferred
Strong accounts payable background
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a professional office environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Accounting or Finance coursework or equivalent experience preferred
Proven experience in accounts payable operations, preferably with exposure to Coupa
Strong understanding of invoice coding and payment systems
Familiarity with ACH payment processing and check run procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced and highly focused office environment
Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions
