Job Description:

Accounts Payable Specialist role in a dynamic and growing environment implementing Sage Intacct to streamline processes. Join our growing finance team to handle increased AP volume and contribute to process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full-cycle AP process including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices
Handle increased AP volume ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper approval workflows and resolve invoice discrepancies
Utilize Sage Intacct to automate and optimize AP workflows
Assist in data migration and testing for Sage Intacct implementation
Reconcile monthly accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger
Prepare analyses and reports related to AP metrics
Maintain vendor records and develop strong relationships
Collaborate with auditors by providing documentation for AP-related items

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, is a plus)
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience
