Job Description:

A mission-driven organization on the north side of Indianapolis is seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team during a busy season. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while leveraging your A/P expertise in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Job Responsibility:

Daily processing of accounts payable transactions
Credit card reconciliations and expense report management
Weekly check runs and vendor communications
Preparing ad-hoc reports for finance leadership
Supporting general accounting functions as needed

Requirements:

Prior A/P experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working on-site and collaborating cross-functionally
Experience with non-profit accounting a plus, but not required

Nice to have:

Experience with non-profit accounting
