Job Description:

Opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist seeking a company they can grow in. The right Accounts Payable Specialist for this role is someone achievement-oriented and focused on their work.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues
Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, including vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements
Accounts payable research and analysis

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred
Strong analytical skills, typing, and computer skills
Strong excel knowledge is a plus
