Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing engineering-focused organization in Toledo, Ohio. This contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule of approximately 20 to 24 hours per week, typically spread across Monday through Thursday.

  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • experience using Deltek is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Toledo, Ohio for a part-time schedule of approximately 20 to 24 hours per week

  • Prepare and distribute checks and electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers, while securing the required approvals and maintaining proper documentation
  • Reconcile vendor accounts, respond to payment inquiries, and maintain productive relationships with external suppliers and internal business partners
