Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with expertise in Accounts Payable and proficiency in QuickBooks? Robert Half is working with a dynamic and growing company to find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist. Job Responsibility:

Process invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals
Manage vendor records, including setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate details
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
Handle weekly or monthly payment batches, ensuring timely payment to vendors
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly
Track and maintain expense reports
Support the month-end and year-end close process as it relates to accounts payable
Communicate professionally with vendors to address inquiries
Generate reports using QuickBooks to track AP metrics and trends

Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Associate's degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
