In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing payment processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility

  • Process invoices with precision, ensuring proper account coding and adherence to organizational policies
  • Manage payment methods, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and check runs
  • Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to address payment-related inquiries
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all account's payable transactions
  • Generate reports to provide insights into payment activities and reconciliation outcomes
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures by preparing relevant documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable workflows for improved efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards throughout the payment process

  • Proven experience in accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payment handling
