Accounts Payable Specialist

• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts to ensure accurate processing
• Accurately code invoices and verify their compliance with company policies
• Process a high volume of invoices daily, ranging from 500 to 1,000 across multiple locations
• Handle vendor payments promptly and efficiently, including managing freight invoices
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams such as purchasing and shipping/receiving departments
• Utilize SAP Business One software and perform basic Excel tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable activities
• Support month-end and year-end close processes as required
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues related to invoices and payments

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in coding invoices and processing payments
• Basic knowledge of Excel to manage and organize data
• Ability to handle a high volume of invoices with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar accounting software
