We are the bridge between talent and opportunity, serving a real estate titan in the sector of development, ownership, and management of mixed-use properties in the United States. We're on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Specialist, but not just anyone. As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be a key player in a team that values precision, reliability and native-level bilingual communication. We want a financial maestro, someone who dances between spreadsheets with grace, tackles challenges with a smile, and transforms the mundane task of managing payables into an art form. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes for our prestigious client, ensuring the financial gears run smoothly and efficiently. If you're looking for a place where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be valued, let's talk.

  • Implement and adapt to new accounting software and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Assist in financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience in US-based accounting roles, preferably within the real estate sector
  • Proficiency in major accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders

Nice to have:

Prior experience with property management software (e.g., Entrata) is highly desirable

What we offer:
  • Flexible approach to days off and holidays, ensuring work-life harmony
  • Room to grow and take on leadership roles
  • Receive all necessary equipment and support to excel in your role
