Job Responsibility:
Accurately process, verify, and reconcile invoices related to goods and services
Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
Collaborate closely with both Nextshore and client teams to ensure streamlined financial operations
Implement and adapt to new accounting software and technologies to optimize workflow efficiency
Assist in financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
Experience in US-based accounting roles, preferably within the real estate sector
Proficiency in major accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective time management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders
Nice to have:
Prior experience with property management software (e.g., Entrata) is highly desirable
