As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting up new vendor in Great Plains
  • Requesting banking information
  • Verifying banking information
  • Requesting notice of assignment
  • Closing PO’s
  • Integrations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Accounts Payable is considered to be an asset
  • Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and individually
  • PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software
  • Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset
