Job Description:

Reconciliation officer in accounts payable department will be responsible of reconciliations related to employee expense claims making sure our clearing accounts are balanced and supplier accounts are cleared from open items.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reconciling Travel and Expense Statements
  • Researching and resolving any outstanding balances on Employee vendor accounts
  • Reviewing Corporate Card Payments on bank Portal platforms
  • Managing general ledger journal entries related to credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Raising ICO invoices related with the internal staff expenses costs
  • Reviewing and Monitoring Staff expenses assuring that they align with staff policy
  • Handling Concur Communication which related to Employees queries and Centralized Mailbox
  • Assisting Accounts Payable department with their day to day

Requirements:

  • Competent in financial data and analysis and comfortable with large amounts of information
  • Experienced in financial disciplines, ideally with appropriate qualification (e.g. ACA, CPA, MBA)
  • Able to master complex and sophisticated system tools – experience with SAP Concur and S/4HANA in particular would be helpful
  • Able to work on complex problems jointly with colleagues
  • Fluent in English
  • Believe in collaboration and joint goals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar Role
  • Working hours are Emea & USA timzones
  • Experience with JPM and HSBC Banks
