Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced AP/AR Supervisor with a strong background in residential management to oversee and drive the daily operations of our accounts payable and receivable functions. This role is key to ensuring timely, accurate financial transactions, maintaining vendor and tenant relationships, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and process vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain transaction records and generate monthly reports
Set up vendors and P.O.s in the AP system and coordinate with stakeholders on expense allocations
Manage billing and collections for residential leases
Monitor AR aging, manage overdue accounts, and ensure accurate payment recording
Set up vendors and P.O.s in the AR system and handle account reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and support audit processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Take the lead on special accounting projects and assist as needed

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years leading AP/AR teams
Experience working in Residential Management
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
