Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Senior to join our team in Weston, Florida. This role involves hands-on management of both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting functions and possess the skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
  • Maintain and update financial records, including account coding and accrual accounting entries
  • Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks Online, to streamline workflows
  • Process payments, including Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, and oversee auditing procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Handle data processing tasks related to financial transactions and reporting
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and assist in budgeting activities
  • Support the Controller with financial analysis and reporting needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency in accounting software systems, with experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accrual accounting and account coding
  • Experience with Coupa or Ariba a plus
  • Ability to process ACH transactions and handle auditing tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
