Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent
Proven experience in a B2B products-based business is highly advantageous
Proven experience in management accounting, financial planning, or business finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)

Job Responsibility

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements within five days of the end of the month
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget while conducting forecasts to project financial performance
Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and manage audits
Cash Management: Oversee cash flow and accounts payable/receivable to ensure operational liquidity
Financial Analysis and Strategy: Analyse key metrics and trends to drive informed business decisions
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the accounting team
Tax Planning and Compliance: Collaborate with external accountants to implement tax-saving initiatives
