This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a reputable global organisation, with a 6 to 12-month contract to help you gain valuable hands-on experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing and processing supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Following up with hotels for statements and invoicing clients within agreed service level agreements
  • Assisting operational teams and suppliers by resolving queries professionally and promptly
  • Collaborating closely with the broader finance team to ensure compliance with accounts payable procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier information within the Accounts Payable system
  • Managing and overseeing the complete accounts payable process to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Communicating effectively across divisions, with senior management, and with external vendors

Requirements

  • Fundamental accounting and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities, and effective time management
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear understanding of financial concepts and documentation
  • Well-developed customer service skills to maintain strong supplier and partner relationships

Nice to have

  • Travel industry knowledge
  • Prior accounts payable or procure-to-pay experience
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
