Accounts Payable Manager

• Manage and oversee the accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and payment approvals
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments
• Monitor compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all payable transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve efficiency in invoice management
• Analyze and resolve issues related to vendor payments and account reconciliations
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline accounts payable operations
• Supervise and support staff handling accounts payable tasks to maintain productivity and accuracy
• Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries related to accounts payable activities
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all payment transactions
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and system use

• Proven experience in accounts payable management, including invoice coding and payment processing
• Strong knowledge of check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving payment and vendor-related issues
• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to accounts payable
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors

Experience with SAP S/4Hana is preferred
