Accounts Payable Manager

• Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments
• Apply job costing principles to track and allocate project expenses effectively
• Collaborate with accounting and billing teams to ensure proper cost coding and prompt invoicing
• Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and clients to address inquiries and manage financial updates
• Maintain comprehensive records for contracts, invoices, and cost documentation to support project tracking
• Process per diem requests in compliance with organizational guidelines
• Handle accounts receivable refunds, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy in transactions

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise is required
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred for efficient data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with construction accounting and job costing processes is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in financial reporting

Experience with contract management and change order procedures is a plus
