A growing, private equity-backed industrial services organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to take ownership of the AP function and help drive process improvements across the business. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand through acquisitions.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end accounts payable function
Lead weekly cash flow forecasting
Manage corporate card and T&E programs
Oversee non-headcount spend across departments
Partner with leadership on cash management and budgeting insights
Deliver monthly spend reporting to department leaders
Manage vendor relationships, including credit card providers
Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements:
AP Manager or senior AP professional with experience owning the function
Strong analytical skill set (approximately 50% of the role is analytical)
Proven experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation
Ability to partner effectively with leadership and influence decision-making
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have:
Exposure to Ramp or similar expense management tools
NetSuite experience
Background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or field service environments
Experience supporting multi-location or acquisitive organizations
