Job Responsibility
Lead full-cycle Accounts Payable operations across multiple locations
Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and 3-way match procedures
Drive AP centralization and shared services initiatives
Develop, mentor, and build a high-performing AP team
Partner with procurement and operations to resolve invoice discrepancies
Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9 management, and 1099 reporting
Support month-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Lead ERP optimization and AP automation projects
Support audit activities and process documentation
Requirements
5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with high-volume AP environments
ERP experience required (Epicor, Infor, SyteLine, Global Shop, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Experience with shared services, centralization efforts, or M&A integrations is highly desirable
Proven success leading change management and process improvement initiatives
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
